Ethics: The Guide to Success is geared to discuss the nature of ethics and the parties to whom the agent has an ethical responsibility. The course presents common ethical issues that arise between insurance practitioners and their customers and explains how an agent can recognize and thus avoid misleading and inappropriate sales practices. The course explains the importance of increased professionalism and offers practical guidelines for ways that practitioners can differentiate their practices on the basis of high ethical standards.
